Planning and preparation are very important if you’re hitting the road and riding in unfamiliar territory. But it can also be super fun laying out your ride and getting psyched for upcoming trips. REVER’s desktop-ride planner allows you to plan totally custom routes and tailor them to your preferences. Unlike GPS devices that are optimized to get you to a final destination in the quickest manner possible, planning a route in REVER gives the user the ability to plan a route, that hits every awesome twisty and scenic stretch between Point A and Point B, or whatever criteria defines your perfect ride.

If you use our planner on a regular basis, have tried it a few times, or have never played with it at all, now is the time to check it out. We’ve been working for months to totally revamp the planning site to improve functionality and user interface, and we’ve brought our Discover section from the mobile app into the desktop version, allowing users to plan over, and modify REVER-recommended routes.
Our Butler Maps layers remain a PRO feature, but are now easier to access and toggle on and off, while new additions like Backcountry Discovery Routes (BDR), and Mixed-surface rides can be viewed and planned around and over. Looking for Off-road/Motocross riding areas, or roadrace tracks to do a trackday? Those are in there, too.
With a little practice, you can become a ride-planning guru, building routes for personal use, to share with your riding group, community, or friends. Sharing is easy. You can share directly with any of the choices above, or embed the rides onto a website, or blog page. Once shared the recipient can navigate the route via smartphone, or download the GPX file and import it into GPS unit.
REVER has more than 3000 routes, segments, and riding areas and are constantly working to expand our ride content. Check it out now!
