REVER Rewind: Highlighting The Best New Features Of 2023

As I sat trailside with a throbbing head from two hard get-offs and my bike's radiator fan going full tilt in a frivolous attempt to keep my bike from overheating, I decided it was time to call it quits on the Biltwell 100.

Meet Maja Blackwood, REVER Pro Specialist and well rounded rider. While she is new to our team, Maja started with Comoto Rider Support March 2021. When she's not helping folks learn and troubleshoot REVER, she's busy cultivating her "Most Interesting Person" curriculum vitae. As Levar Burton always said "you don't have to take my word for it". She recently wrote about her race prep for the Biltwell 100 on an unlikely, albeit, trusty steed and we're here for it.

Spring is just around the corner and we are ready to hit the apex as those of us in colder climates head into riding season. Through the winter months, the REVER tech team has been hard at work under the valve covers getting ready for the big annual app update, Version Seven. Now, for the consumer, the version number may not matter, nor does that number showcase the big differences in the app, but for the team here, it signifies a huge change in the product. This is the next evolution of the REVER app and we are really excited to bring this to our REVER riders.

The 2023 REVER events schedule kicked off with Daytona Bike Week. We paired up with the J&P Cycles and Revzilla trucks to help transport our tent setup and provide a space to meet with people face-to-face.

Communities have the power to bring people together and to provide valuable information about local routes from those who actually ride them. With REVER, you can take control of those routes and inspire your friends or a much larger audience.

When it comes to getting off the beaten path, most navigation apps can be restrictive on curating your own off-road routes. At REVER, we aim to give riders of all varieties the features and tools to get them where they are going in the most thrilling way possible. 

When it comes to riding, every route is not created equal. In order to help riders get the most out of their time on the bike, we have created a whole new way to build rides in the REVER app. Introducing the new ADVanced Off-Road Planner to help dirt riders get lost, but stay on track.
